About Me

My name is Viviana Morrison. I founded WordsInAction Translation Services with a simple idea in mind: to leverage my 30 years of experience as a translator and interpreter in order to provide exceptional service to the Education, Medical, and Legal professions, and the communities which they serve. As a teenager and young woman in Buenos Aires, Argentina, I was a lover of languages and cultures, who was already fluent in English and Portuguese as well as my native Spanish. While living in Argentina, I worked in both the public and private sectors (Austalian and Brazilian Embassies, Kraft-Suchard) where I regularly applied and improved my language skills.

Upon moving to the United States, I continued to provide language services as an interpreter and translator, specializing in the Education and Medical fields. For nearly 20 years, I have been the primary translator for the Cherokee County School District, and Fulton County Schools, the largest school system in the state Georgia. In the Medical field, I have been providing language services to the Healthcare community in the Atlanta, GA metro area, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA), Northside Hospital, and Kaiser Permanente to name a few.

Today, I continue to serve my clients with the personal touch that has become my trademark in the Atlanta translation community. As my business has grown, I have assembled a team of highly-skilled, ATA certified translators who share my passion for excellence, and who bring many years of Education, Medical, and Legal translation experience to the table.

I will personally manage your translation project, leveraging my exceptional team of subject matter experts and translators to ensure your project is delivered on budget, on time, and to your exacting standards.
