Established in 1997, WORDS in ACTION has developed from a soft skills training business to a consultancy specialising in ‘the people side of things’, facilitating organisational development and coaching individuals to greater clarity and effectiveness.

My focus is on working to make a difference, a familiar phrase. For me that means working for a fairer society. My part in this is to support and challenge clients to think clearly about what they do and why they do it, so that beliefs and behaviours line up. In other words putting words into action!
